A custom greeting can be requested only by an administrator of the account and will only be applied to custom dial-in numbers. To request a custom greeting, log into your admin dashboard and click 'Dial-In numbers' then 'request dial-in number'. 

Once you click 'Request dial-in number' you will be prompted with a form to fill out so you can tell us a little more about your needs in terms of the dial-in number and custom greeting you require. Choose the country you would like the dial-in number from the drop down, what you would like your custom greeting to say and if there are any notes for pronunciation. 

Click 'request custom greeting' and the account provisioning team will be in touch with you to add your custom dial in number and greeting.
