To update, add or remove hosts go to "Hosts" In your Admin Portal


 Adding Individual Accounts
 

Click on 'Add Host’ in the Hosts tab and enter the data as follows:

 

- Enter the first and last name of the host into the Name field
- Enter the host’s email address into the Email field
- Check "Admin" if you would like to give Company Administrator rights to the host        you are creating. Leave unchecked if this is a standard user account. 

- Select the host’s Primary Phone Number from the drop-down menu (this will be based on the preferred location of the host)
- Select the Country where the host is located
- Select the appropriate Time Zone for the host
- Click on 'Add host' to save the details
This will generate a Welcome Email to the host which will include their account details, a link to set their password and general information about how to get started.



 

Bulk Upload of Hosts

 

In the Hosts tab click 'Upload CSV’ and follow these steps:

 

- Download the template
- Add your list of hosts to the template and save as a .csv file- Country Code: Must be chosen from the
drop down list that appears in single host set up- Time Zone:  Must be chosen from the drop down list that appears in single host set up
- Dial-in number:  Each host is required to have at least one primary dial-in number.  The dial-in number must be selected from the list of dial-in numbers available to the company.  The format required for the CSV file includes the country code, for example, 443307771424 for the UK.
- Click on Select File to upload the list
- Click on Add Hosts

This will generate a Welcome Email that will be sent to all of the hosts. The email will provide a login and create password link.

 

Note: only Admin Users will have access to the Admin Portal to make edits to the account.
